Definitions

• Ramen AI: Ramen AI, established in Rijswijk, Chamber of Commerce no. 86326511.
• Customer: the party which Ramen AI has entered into an agreement with.
• Parties: Ramen AI and customer together.
• Consumer: a customer who is an individual acting for private purposes.
• Client Data: all data, including personal data, provided by the customer to Ramen AI for processing under this agreement.
• Output Data: means data, insights, or results generated by Ramen AI's services based on client data.
• Third-Party Data: means data obtained from sources other than the customer that may be used in conjunction with client data

Applicability

• These terms and conditions will apply to all quotations, offers, activities, orders, agreements and deliveries of services or products by or on behalf of Ramen AI.
• Parties can only deviate from these conditions if they have explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• The parties expressly exclude the applicability of supplementary and/or deviating general terms and conditions of the customer or of third parties.

Offers and quotations

• Offers and quotations from Ramen AI are without engagement, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• An offer or quotation is valid for a maximum period of 1 month from its date, unless another acceptance period is stated in the offer or quotation.
